  • 3 month assistance with any details

  • In person meetings when needed

  • Layout for ceremony and reception (will work with venue)

  • 1 hour rehearsal direction

  • All day (up to 12 hours) ceremony & reception coordination

  • Timeline for ceremony & reception & will send out to all vendors

  • Coordination with vendors

  • Help with set-up & clean up
